To Spotify or not to Spotify

It’s come to my attention that some of our more tech savvy followers download the music from the Kdrama they are watching onto Spotify and listen to it independently of the show. How cool is that? Very!

When I mentioned this to Judy, she confessed she also does this, but she takes it one step further: she SHAZAMS the song, and then she uploads it to Apple Music. (I know this sounds like product placement, but, hey, that’s waaay outside my area of expertise. I wouldn’t have a clue how to do product placement on this blog. Just hang on a sec while I grab my Peet’s Coffee, settle down with a Krispy Kreme donut, and try to figure out how to do this myself.)

Judy here... so yes, after watching 16 episodes of a Kdrama series I get kind of attached to the music. Maybe a future post I should mention some of my favorites??? Just one more way my friends will say 'are you nuts?'

Laura, you've got to download the music! I've really gotten hooked and will be publishing my downloaded playlist in a few weeks. I've even gone so far as to submit some of my favorite Korean tunes to my gym so they can use! Wonder if anyone else at the gym will recognize them...

I love the music on my KDramas. Haven’t done the downloading yet, but maybe that’s next.

My husband doesn’t watch my Kdramas but listens to the music of the show in the other room while he’s reading. He says it really helps him take good naps.
