•You use the terms 'oppa' and 'noona.' Oppa means 'older brother' but can also mean 'older male friend.' Noona for women. I think it's also a term of affection.
•You start an intense skincare routine based on the shows. Okay, I've not actually started but boy am I enthused. I may have mentioned I plan on having a Korean Facial when visiting Korea and fully expect to come away looking 30 lbs lighter & 30 years younger...
•You realize you no longer have normal crushes but a long list of adorable 'oppas' that you love. Yep, that would be me. Pat keeps saying I need to include female actors more in my blog but why be coy?
•You begin using chopsticks. Pat & I use Korean Spoons too but perhaps that's extreme.
•You only read subititles...no longer reading books!
•You realize you'll never become fluent in Korean. Or even remotely understand it. Judy is trying but it's a steep uphill learning curve!
•You know the difference between Kdrama and Kpop.
•You read the Korean Herald every morning online.
•Your media feed is chock full of Korean news. Like Soompi, Kpop, KoreaBoo, the Swoon.
and my all time favorite:
•You imagine someone sharing an umbrella with you when it's raining.
